At Springplank, we believe that food brings people together. At Happie040 and Shoppie040, everything is about meeting, inclusion and growth. You will enjoy fresh, affordable meals in a warm and welcoming environment, prepared and served by people with a story.
Every day we cook with love and care for people from Social Care in Eindhoven, local residents, Ukrainian refugees and maybe soon for you too! TeamToub (a diverse team of staff, volunteers and former Springplank candidates) prepares tasty, nutritious and affordable meals.
For just €7.50 per meal, you can enjoy varied and balanced dishes via this webshop. Will you eat with us?
Happie040 is a welcoming meeting place for everyone, both inside and outside TU/e. Whether you eat on site or take your meal with you, you are always welcome. Happie040 is about more than food. It brings together local residents, volunteers, former homeless people, interns and students, and offers employment opportunities.
Happie040 is a place of hope, connection and growth. Everyone is welcome to be part of this community and enjoy the power of food and togetherness.
